1. How do I choose my size?
Our hoodies, tees, and sweats are designed with a relaxed, modern drop-shoulder fit. If you prefer a true oversized streetwear drape, choose your regular standard size. For a more tailored fit, we recommend sizing down. Detailed measurements are provided on every product page.
2. How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email with your tracking link from our courier partner (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC). You can also track your orders live in your account dashboard.
3. What is the return / refund policy?
Möusie produces limited-edition streetwear drops and maintains a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy. All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at order@mousie.in with photos/unboxing video for a replacement.
