1. General Terms
By accessing and purchasing from mousie.in, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all applicable terms, policies, and notices posted on this site.
2. Products & Sizing Accuracy
Möusie strives to display product colors, fabrics, and fits as accurately as possible. Due to screen calibration differences, actual garment tones may vary slightly. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of GST.
3. Strict No Return / No Refund Policy
All sales on Möusie are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests. In the exceptional circumstance of a proven manufacturing defect or transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery, an authorized replacement will be issued.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of an order. Möusie reserves the right to decline or cancel any order in instances of inaccurate pricing, inventory stockouts, or suspicion of fraudulent intent. Customer cancellations are permitted only within 2 hours of order placement prior to dispatch.
5. Intellectual Property
All brand marks, logos, silhouettes, imagery, graphics, typography, and website designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Möusie India. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Möusie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
