1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Prepaid Orders: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our central studio.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Once our concierge verifies your order via WhatsApp/call, the parcel is prioritized and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: Estimated delivery within 3 to 6 business days post-dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

• Complimentary Express Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹2,999 across India (both Prepaid & COD).
• Standard Domestic Delivery: A flat ₹150 nominal shipping fee applies to orders below ₹2,999.

3. COD Delivery Protocol

• You will receive SMS and WhatsApp tracking notifications with real-time updates as your shipment nears delivery.
• Our delivery partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, you can coordinate a convenient delivery slot directly with the courier executive or our concierge.
• Payment must be remitted in full (Cash or UPI) at the time of parcel handover.

4. Tracking Your Consignment

As soon as your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an automated dispatch email and WhatsApp message containing your courier tracking number and direct live tracking link.
